Business quote

Coverage

What we can place — and what we actually compare

General liability

Third-party injury and property damage, plus the certificates landlords and general contractors ask for.

Business owner's policy (BOP)

A packaged approach for property and liability when it fits the way the company actually operates.

Commercial auto & fleet

Vehicles used in the business, hired/non-owned exposures, and driver schedules that match reality.

Errors & omissions

Professional liability when advice, design, or service work creates a contract risk.

Small-group health

Employee medical options that can sit beside the rest of the commercial program.

The review

Five steps. One advisor.

  1. 01

    Understand what you own

Eric starts with the house, vehicles, business, people, and deadlines — not a product pitch. You leave this step with a simple picture of the real exposures.

  2. 02

    Compare the open market

The same coverage is priced across multiple Texas carriers so you see terms, deductibles, and appetite — not a single company's quote.

  3. 03

    Read the contract in English

Wind/hail deductibles, water exclusions, liability gaps, and network rules get translated before you buy. No surprise fine print after binding.

  4. 04

    Bind and deliver proof

When you are ready, Eric issues the policy, sends the lender or title company what they need, and confirms coverage is actually in force.

  5. 05

    Stay on it at renewal

If a carrier raises rates or changes rules, the market gets re-shopped. You keep one person on the file — not a rotating 1-800 queue.

Questions

Clear answers

I don’t know which business policy I need.
Start with how the company actually works — contracts, vehicles, premises, employees. Eric maps that to general liability, a BOP, commercial auto, or a specialty line.
Does one business policy cover everything?
Usually no. Property, liability, autos, and professional work often need separate coverage. A BOP packages some of that when it fits.
Can you issue a certificate of insurance (COI)?
Yes. A COI confirms coverage in force at issuance; it does not expand or bind a policy. Typical turnaround for standard certificates is fast once the policy is in place.
We received a commercial nonrenewal. Now what?
Call with the notice, declarations, and expiration date. Alternatives can be shopped before coverage lapses.
