Information you provide. When you book a consultation, submit a contact or quote request, email or call us, or use partner quote links, you may provide name, phone number, email address, preferred meeting time, coverage interests (such as home, auto, business, life, health, or Medicare), property or risk details you choose to share, and messages about your insurance needs.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, referrer URL, and timestamps. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the site.

Local device storage. Some quote tools may store draft answers in your browser (for example localStorage) so you can continue a form on the same device. That draft stays on your device unless you clear site data or complete a submission that sends information to us.

We do not ask you to submit Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, medical records, driver’s-license images, or similar high-sensitivity identifiers through the general website forms. When those items are required for underwriting or enrollment, they are collected through secure carrier or broker channels arranged directly with Eric.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; schedule consultations; compare coverage options with authorized carriers; prepare quotes and applications; service policies and renewals; meet licensing, recordkeeping, and compliance obligations; protect against fraud and abuse; and improve our website and client experience.

We do not sell your phone number or other contact information to telemarketers, lead aggregators, or data brokers. We are not an online lead farm.

Insurance carriers and product partners. To obtain quotes, bind coverage, or service a policy, we share information you provide with insurance carriers and authorized product partners relevant to your request (for example property, auto, life, pet, or business markets). Those companies process information under their own privacy notices and applicable law.

Service providers. We use vendors that help us run the website and client communications, including website hosting and security (Cloudflare), embedded consultation forms (LeadConnector / HighLevel), and scheduling (Google Calendar). These providers process information on our behalf or as independent controllers for their platforms, as described in their policies.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, licensing authorities (including the Texas Department of Insurance), court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fortify360, our clients, or others.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
